Zeigler & Company was established to bring old world craftsmanship into this market. The company’s core focuses are the customer relationship, attention to every detail and architectural correctness.

It’s this kind of artistry and creativity that draws Zeigler and his three full-time employees to their work. The company builds “true” custom homes. Their portfolio ranges from period architecture to contemporary. Zeigler & Company homes have incorporated unique requests such as antique architectural features including reclaimed stair cases and doors, stained glass windows, alternative energy systems, and locally hewn cedar for flooring in homes throughout the Triangle.

The company is currently building custom homes in the award winning Highcroft and Cameron Pond developments in Cary. Cameron Pond was the recipient of North Carolina’s “Neighborhood of the Year” award in 2006. His homes in these neighborhoods are priced from $500,000 to just under $1,000,000.

Zeigler & Company has received several awards for its unique efforts and meticulous craftsmanship. The company received a Gold Award with four perfect scores on their Parade of Homes entry in 2004. The house was a “Victorian” style home built in the Highcroft neighborhood in Cary. This home was also featured in the national Today’s LifeStyles Home Plans magazine earlier this year.

Last year’s Parade of Homes entry won the company a Silver Award and one perfect score for an early Classical Revival style home built in the Cameron Pond neighborhood in Cary.

One of the “signatures” of a Zeigler & Company home is the custom and unique millwork. They take great pride in the artistry and uniqueness of this feature. This detail has brought several special feature awards and recognition to the company as well.

Zeigler & Company builds custom homes for individuals throughout the Triangle. According to Zeigler, a custom home can be built for anyone who wants to create something uniquely their own.
